0 引言

    對(dui)于園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)(qu)而言,如何加強園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)(qu)能(neng)源管理,降(jiang)低園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)(qu)能(neng)耗,提高園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)(qu)能(neng)源利用效率,實現人和能(neng)源、能(neng)源和能(neng)源之間的密切交互,是(shi)園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)(qu)普遍面臨的問題。而要打造清潔、低碳的綠色智慧園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)(qu),解(jie)決上述問題的答案就是(shi)泛在(zai)電(dian)力物聯(lian)網。

1 泛在電力物(wu)聯網與(yu)綠色智慧園區之間(jian)的(de)聯系(xi)

    當前大部分(fen)園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)建有較為堅強的(de)(de)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)絡,部分(fen)園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)已(yi)經建設(she)或即將建設(she)分(fen)布式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(光伏、儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)、風電(dian)(dian)(dian)、冷熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)三(san)聯供(gong)等)。依(yi)托現(xian)有的(de)(de)園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)內變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),開發分(fen)布式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),打造園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)數據平臺(tai),形成(cheng)“三(san)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)合一”(變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、分(fen)布式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)數據平臺(tai))的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)互聯網(wang)絡結構。通過“三(san)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)合一”的(de)(de)形式(shi)促(cu)進(jin)兩網(wang)(泛在電(dian)(dian)(dian)力物(wu)聯網(wang)、園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang))的(de)(de)深度(du)融合,迅速開展(zhan)負荷曲線、數據平臺(tai)對(dui)(dui)園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)提(ti)供(gong)服務能(neng)(neng)(neng)力的(de)(de)數據積累(lei),同時對(dui)(dui)多種運(yun)營模式(shi)加以驗(yan)證,并同步(bu)進(jin)行管理新(xin)模式(shi)的(de)(de)探索。基于該模式(shi)積累(lei)的(de)(de)經驗(yan)探索園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)運(yun)營和管理模式(shi),打造綠色智慧園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)。

2 園(yuan)區“三站合一(yi)”建設思路

2.1建設園(yuan)區新(xin)型(xing)變(bian)電(dian)站

    目前園區配電(dian)(dian)主要存(cun)在電(dian)(dian)源結構(gou)單(dan)一(yi)(yi)、用電(dian)(dian)負荷復(fu)雜、設(she)備陳舊落后、計(ji)(ji)量(liang)表(biao)計(ji)(ji)不(bu)全、運(yun)(yun)維(wei)隊伍(wu)專(zhuan)業性不(bu)強、電(dian)(dian)能(neng)質量(liang)差等問題(ti)。園區可以通過與電(dian)(dian)網公司合作,加裝計(ji)(ji)量(liang)監(jian)測(ce)點,更新換代陳舊落后設(she)備,合理開發利用分(fen)布式電(dian)(dian)源并就近進行站內接入,同時依托電(dian)(dian)網公司強大的(de)運(yun)(yun)維(wei)、檢修(xiu)力量(liang)成立專(zhuan)業運(yun)(yun)維(wei)隊伍(wu),進行日(ri)常巡視和(he)設(she)備檢修(xiu)工作,建成園區設(she)施、運(yun)(yun)維(wei)一(yi)(yi)體化的(de)新型(xing)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站。

2.2建設園區能源數據(ju)平臺(tai)

    能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)平臺包(bao)括物聯(lian)網(wang)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)采(cai)集(ji)、數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)監(jian)控、數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)。物聯(lian)網(wang)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)采(cai)集(ji)主要(yao)包(bao)含現場(chang)(chang)硬件(jian)設(she)施如智能(neng)表計(ji)(ji)(ji)、傳感器、數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)采(cai)集(ji)器、通(tong)訊(xun)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)機等(deng)物聯(lian)網(wang)智能(neng)通(tong)訊(xun)終端(duan),實(shi)現現場(chang)(chang)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)的(de)采(cai)集(ji)和(he)(he)傳輸。可以根(gen)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)園區場(chang)(chang)地(di)實(shi)際大小、變電(dian)站(zhan)空余負荷(he)、分布式能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)站(zhan)裝機容(rong)量需(xu)求來設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)站(zhan)的(de)場(chang)(chang)地(di)大小和(he)(he)所(suo)用設(she)備(bei)的(de)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算能(neng)力(li);數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)監(jian)控主要(yao)收集(ji)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)消(xiao)耗量和(he)(he)重要(yao)用能(neng)設(she)備(bei)的(de)運(yun)行(xing)參數(shu)(shu)。支持多種(zhong)通(tong)訊(xun)協(xie)議和(he)(he)通(tong)訊(xun)方式的(de)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)采(cai)集(ji),實(shi)現現場(chang)(chang)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)的(de)采(cai)集(ji),將(jiang)實(shi)時數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)進行(xing)匯總、過濾、處理(li)后(hou)上傳給數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li),起到承上啟下的(de)作用。數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)對采(cai)集(ji)的(de)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)進行(xing)實(shi)時監(jian)測、統計(ji)(ji)(ji)分析(xi)(xi)、告(gao)警管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、能(neng)效(xiao)分析(xi)(xi)、能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)成本(ben)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)等(deng),結合環境(jing)穩(wen)定等(deng)信息建立能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)分析(xi)(xi)模型,實(shi)現能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)、能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)績(ji)效(xiao)指標等(deng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li),并(bing)為運(yun)營商提供決策依據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)。

2.3建設園區(qu)分布式電(dian)站

    可(ke)結合(he)園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)實際情(qing)況及(ji)需求(qiu),開展分布(bu)式(shi)光伏、儲能(neng)、風電(dian)(dian)、冷熱電(dian)(dian)三聯供(gong)等分布(bu)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)站建設(she),優化園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)能(neng)源(yuan)網絡結構。分布(bu)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)站的建設(she)規模可(ke)根據(ju)園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)可(ke)建設(she)規模和園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)近、遠期(qi)負荷需求(qiu)情(qing)況及(ji)電(dian)(dian)力(li)市場行情(qing)合(he)理匹(pi)配(pei),其中儲能(neng)電(dian)(dian)站建設(she)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)依據(ju)園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)重要負荷以(yi)(yi)及(ji)其他分布(bu)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的容量(liang)進行合(he)理匹(pi)配(pei)。

3 運營模式

    園(yuan)區(qu)變電(dian)站與分布式(shi)電(dian)站其(qi)功能聯系緊密,可以(yi)由園(yuan)區(qu)委托電(dian)網(wang)(wang)公司(si)管(guan)理運營。數據(ju)平臺可將數據(ju)上傳至泛在電(dian)力物聯網(wang)(wang)由電(dian)網(wang)(wang)公司(si)運營,園(yuan)區(qu)能源管(guan)理部門參與運營決策。

3.1變電站

(1)基于數據(ju)平(ping)臺(tai)實(shi)現(xian)電網智能(neng)調(diao)度,通(tong)過(guo)利(li)用分布(bu)式(shi)電源(yuan)出力(li)以及儲(chu)能(neng)電站削(xue)峰平(ping)谷的能(neng)力(li),提(ti)高設備(bei)利(li)用率,減(jian)輕變壓(ya)器重載(過(guo)載)狀態壓(ya)力(li),延緩園區變電站擴容和輸送通(tong)道建設。

(2)通過分布式電(dian)源及(ji)儲(chu)能(neng)電(dian)站的有功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)調節和無(wu)功(gong)控制,快速平(ping)衡(heng)園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)配(pei)電(dian)系統(tong)中由于各種原因產生的不平(ping)衡(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv),減小對園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)配(pei)網的沖擊(ji),改(gai)善園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)電(dian)能(neng)質量,提高(gao)園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)配(pei)電(dian)網絡(luo)穩定性。

(3)整體提高園區配網運行效(xiao)率,降(jiang)低(di)運行成本(ben),提供(gong)更加穩定的(de)用(yong)電保障(zhang)。

3.2數據平臺(tai)

(1)可(ke)就近存(cun)儲、分(fen)析、利用電力物聯(lian)網(wang)采集的海量(liang)數據,為園(yuan)區用能(neng)提供數據服(fu)務,同時可(ke)以為園(yuan)區提供其他計算和存(cun)儲能(neng)力。

(2)通(tong)(tong)過分(fen)析園區(qu)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)負荷需求、分(fen)布式電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)出力(li)、儲能系統調(diao)節能力(li)選擇用電(dian)(dian)(dian)來源(yuan),優(you)先分(fen)布式電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的出力(li)消納,同(tong)時(shi)通(tong)(tong)過儲能電(dian)(dian)(dian)站實(shi)現有功平衡,用電(dian)(dian)(dian)不足部(bu)分(fen)可以由電(dian)(dian)(dian)網供電(dian)(dian)(dian),實(shi)現優(you)化園區(qu)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)結構、降低(di)園區(qu)用能成本(ben)的目的。

3.3分布式電(dian)站

(1)改善園區用電(dian)(dian)系統日負荷特(te)性,使分布式(shi)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的利用率(lv)大大提(ti)高,改善園區用電(dian)(dian)效(xiao)率(lv),同時也能部(bu)分緩解電(dian)(dian)網的供(gong)電(dian)(dian)壓力(li)。

(2)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網發生故障時(shi),分(fen)布式電(dian)(dian)(dian)源可充當園(yuan)區(qu)負荷、數據平臺不間(jian)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)源或應急(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,提高園(yuan)區(qu)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)可靠性。

(3)通(tong)過數(shu)據平(ping)臺的調度,可以平(ping)抑園區負荷間歇(xie)性波(bo)動(dong)(dong)和瞬間擾動(dong)(dong)。

 (4)正(zheng)常運行可以輔(fu)助(zhu)調(diao)壓,提高(gao)園區電能質量(liang)。

    平(ping)臺采(cai)集(ji)生(sheng)產企(qi)業總用(yong)電(dian)(dian)量、生(sheng)產用(yong)電(dian)(dian)和(he)治污(wu)(wu)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)量,進行關聯分析(xi),及時(shi)給出環(huan)(huan)保設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)異常(chang)(chang)運(yun)行信號或企(qi)業異常(chang)(chang)生(sheng)產信號,實現(xian)全過(guo)程防控。前端設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)采(cai)用(yong)不停電(dian)(dian)免接線方(fang)案采(cai)集(ji)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)數據,經LORA無線上傳(chuan)到環(huan)(huan)保數據網關,再通過(guo)4G上傳(chuan)平(ping)臺服(fu)務器或縣、市、省(sheng)級(ji)環(huan)(huan)保平(ping)臺。各地環(huan)(huan)保部門通過(guo)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)防治設(she)(she)(she)施用(yong)電(dian)(dian)實時(shi)監(jian)控,實現(xian)對排污(wu)(wu)企(qi)業生(sheng)產運(yun)行無死(si)角、全流程監(jian)控,達到變人防為信息化技防,從事后處罰(fa)到介入式(shi)執法,扭轉傳(chuan)統依靠人力、經驗(yan)進行現(xian)場(chang)核查的狀(zhuang)態(tai),為環(huan)(huan)保監(jian)管開辟更加切(qie)實、有(you)效(xiao)的監(jian)管方(fang)式(shi),形成長效(xiao)機制。

 

4.1.4智慧用電(dian)云平臺

    據應急管(guan)理部網站數(shu)(shu)據,2016~2018年(nian)期間因(yin)為電(dian)(dian)氣原因(yin)導致的(de)(de)火(huo)災(zai)占總數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)百分(fen)之(zhi)三(san)十(shi)到(dao)百分(fen)之(zhi)三(san)十(shi)四左(zuo)右,其(qi)中2018年(nian)全國(guo)(guo)共(gong)接報火(huo)災(zai)23.7萬起,因(yin)違反電(dian)(dian)氣安裝使用規定(ding)引發(fa)的(de)(de)火(huo)災(zai)占總數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)百分(fen)之(zhi)三(san)十(shi)四,較大和重(zhong)大火(huo)災(zai)事(shi)故中,電(dian)(dian)氣火(huo)災(zai)的(de)(de)比(bi)例更高(gao)。國(guo)(guo)務院、公安部消(xiao)防局以及(ji)各(ge)省市自治區(qu)直轄市紛(fen)紛(fen)出臺文件推廣智慧用電(dian)(dian),從源頭(tou)上預防電(dian)(dian)氣火(huo)災(zai)的(de)(de)發(fa)生,現用電(dian)(dian)管(guan)理平臺已在(zai)九小場所(suo)、三(san)合一場所(suo)、養老福利院、醫療場所(suo)、學校(xiao)、金融(rong)網點(dian)等人(ren)員密集場所(suo)廣泛開展(zhan)。

    安科瑞(rui)Acrelcloud-6000用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)管理(li)云(yun)平(ping)臺對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)引發火災(zai)的(de)主要因素(線(xian)纜溫度(du)、漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)、負荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)進行不間斷的(de)數(shu)據跟(gen)蹤(zong)與統計分析,通過(guo)(guo)(guo)2G/NB-IOT/4G方(fang)(fang)式采集現場數(shu)據,實時(shi)發現電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)線(xian)路和用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設備存在的(de)隱患(huan)(如:線(xian)纜溫度(du)異(yi)常、過(guo)(guo)(guo)載、過(guo)(guo)(guo)壓、欠壓及漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)等)并(bing)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)短(duan)信、APP推送、自(zi)動(dong)語音呼叫等方(fang)(fang)式及時(shi)預警,有效(xiao)防止電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)火災(zai)的(de)發生。系統可以顯示所(suo)有監(jian)測點位的(de)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)等電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)參數(shu)和線(xian)纜溫度(du),并(bing)支持巡檢記錄和派單操(cao)作(zuo),提供隱患(huan)分析報告(gao),實時(shi)評(ping)估企業用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態(tai)。

4.1.5電動(dong)汽車/電瓶車充電樁(zhuang)運營管理云(yun)平臺

    電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車(che)現已成為(wei)廣泛使用的(de)綠色能源(yuan)交通工具,Acrelcloud-9000充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)運營管理云平臺系統通過(guo)物聯(lian)網(wang)技術對(dui)接(jie)入(ru)系統的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)站點和(he)各(ge)個充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)進(jin)行(xing)不(bu)間斷地數據(ju)采(cai)集和(he)監控,同時(shi)對(dui)各(ge)類故障如充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機過(guo)溫保(bao)護(hu)、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機輸(shu)入(ru)輸(shu)出(chu)過(guo)壓、欠壓、絕緣檢測故障等一系列故障進(jin)行(xing)預警;用戶通過(guo)微信小程(cheng)序(xu)掃描二(er)維碼,進(jin)行(xing)支付后,系統發(fa)起充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)請求,控制二(er)維碼對(dui)應的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)完成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車(che)的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)可選配(pei)WIFI模塊或GPRS模塊接(jie)入(ru)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網(wang),配(pei)合加密技術和(he)秘鑰分發(fa)技術,基于TCP/IP的(de)數據(ju)交互(hu)(hu)協議,與(yu)云端進(jin)行(xing)直連。

4.2有線/無線物聯

    安科瑞根據多(duo)(duo)年來的(de)項目經驗,結合用(yong)戶實際需(xu)求,開發(fa)了各類(lei)有(you)線(xian)、區域無(wu)線(xian)、廣域無(wu)線(xian)通(tong)訊產(chan)品(pin),包(bao)括網關和終端(duan)設(she)備。支持RS485、以太網、LORA、ZigBee、GPRS、4G、NB-IOT等多(duo)(duo)種通(tong)訊方式,隨著5G建設(she)步伐(fa)的(de)加快,未來將會有(you)越(yue)來越(yue)多(duo)(duo)的(de)通(tong)訊方式融入產(chan)品(pin),服務于(yu)泛在電力物(wu)聯網建設(she)。

4.3邊緣(yuan)計算

    安(an)科瑞針(zhen)對物聯網(wang)應用開發(fa)了多款智能網(wang)關,采用嵌入式系(xi)統和(he)邊緣計算(suan)技術,現(xian)場采集和(he)存儲終端設備數(shu)據(ju),并根據(ju)云(yun)平(ping)臺的(de)需(xu)要,采用不同(tong)的(de)協(xie)議和(he)云(yun)平(ping)臺對接。所有(you)數(shu)據(ju)采集、計算(suan)、異常報(bao)警觸發(fa)邏輯均在網(wang)關就地(di)(di)設置,網(wang)絡故障時(shi)數(shu)據(ju)存儲在本地(di)(di),網(wang)絡恢復后補傳數(shu)據(ju),斷點續(xu)傳,提高數(shu)據(ju)可(ke)靠性。

4.4終端(duan)設(she)備

    針對泛在(zai)電力物聯(lian)網的建設,安科(ke)瑞陸(lu)續推出多款物聯(lian)網儀表(biao),應(ying)用在(zai)不同(tong)場合以滿足(zu)不同(tong)需求(qiu),2019年(nian)全(quan)年(nian)各(ge)類終端(duan)儀表(biao)出貨量超過185萬臺。

4.5安科瑞產品在泛在電(dian)力(li)物聯(lian)網的應(ying)用

    近兩年來,安(an)科(ke)瑞(rui)已(yi)經陸續參與江蘇省(sheng)部(bu)分縣市電力(li)公司的用戶(hu)(hu)端能源(yuan)管理平臺(tai)、云南省(sheng)網(wang)綜合能源(yuan)服(fu)務平臺(tai)、上海(hai)嘉定區(qu)147所學校電力(li)運(yun)維平臺(tai)等相關平臺(tai)的建(jian)設,提(ti)供了包(bao)括云平臺(tai)、智能網(wang)關、終端設備(bei)等產品,各(ge)類用戶(hu)(hu)端云平臺(tai)在全國各(ge)地運(yun)行案(an)例700多套(tao),并且(qie)根據用戶(hu)(hu)需求(qiu)不斷(duan)完善產品功能,這些項目(mu)就是未來泛(fan)在電力(li)物(wu)聯網(wang)的一(yi)部(bu)分。

5 結束語
